Our standard retainer is $1500.00 for residential properties, and $4,000 for commercial. Our fees are negotiable on a case by case basis.

Key points to help guide you through the process.

1. If your mortgage company calls, please take down the name, number, extension and date of the call and kindly refer them to us at (866) 732-6241. We do not recommend bargaining with them; this leads to confusion and in order to negotiate effectively one voice needs to be heard.
2. If you receive correspondence from your mortgage company or the courts, please forward a copy to us as soon as possible. Please keep us updated immediately if you receive information regarding potential sales dates.
3. We will be working on your account and gathering information. We may be back in touch with you for additional information to supplement the file. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible after we ask.
4. We suggest that you put aside your regular monthly payment and save it until the negotiations are completed and a resolution is received in writing. In some cases you may need a "down payment" in order to execute an agreement.
5. If your marital situation, phone numbers, job, finances, or health changes please inform us immediately so we may modify your package.
6. We recommend that when you make "ANY" payment, always pay the exact amount due for one regularly scheduled payment. If you are paying extra, put it in another envelope or Quick Collect. If you are paying double payments, then make two separate payment, each one in separate envelopes. We rocommend never paying an odd amount. Always pay the normally scheduled monthly payment. We do not recommend paying odd amounts, partial payments, or unscheduled amounts.
7. In some instances, the process will take as little as five days and in some as long as two and one-half months, so be patient with us as the process continues.
